ASB has two sessions for MBA/ BBA/ BCA- Spring Session (from 1st March) and Fall Session (from 1st September). Enquiries can be made throughout the year. All Application forms (duly filled in) must be accompanied by two copies of passport size photographs, certified photocopies of mark sheets.

Application Form with Prospectus and Course Fee Structure are available from the ASB Campus on payment of Rs. 350/- (By cash or DD/ Pay Order in favour of SPG Foundation, payable at Kolkata) on any working day.

For Application Form & Prospectus by Post please send us a signed application on plain paper along with a DD/Pay Order for Rs. 350/- and add Rs. 100/- for postal charges in favour of SPG Foundation, payable at Kolkata.

All students can take their tests at the institute, directly on the assigned date, and results will be informed within 15 days of the date of the test and/ or GDPI

On being granted Admission you are required to pay Registration Fee, Admission Fee within 15 days from the date of payment of admission fee

SC/ ST OBC Candidates must produce original certificates when submitting Application Form

• According to the Punjab Technical University, 75% attendance is mandatory to appear for the end semester examinations. Smokings, chewing tobacco, etc. are strictly prohibited within the institute premises, ragging, harassment and abuse in any form is subject to immediate cancellation of registration and handing over the case to the appropriate authority. Any act of indiscipline in class or within the institute shall not be tolerated and is subject to severe punishment.

• Physical violence or abuse or offensive behavior, acts of dishonesty such as falsification of records, passes, or other school-related documents and cheating in tests and examinations, false alarm of a bomb, fire, or other emergency, gambling, theft, truancy, unauthorized filming and recording are forbidden.
