A Visiting Fellow Programme ensures the availability of a small floating population of academics and practitioners who contribute new experiences, new perspectives' and work views. A vigorous afternoon seminar programme provides faculty, students and managers in-training spaces to toy with their ideas and experience. In addition, ASB receives occasional visiting speakers - including academics, managers, scientists, religious leaders, civil servants, lawyers and others - creating opportunities for exposure to a range of relevant issues.

The ASB faulty also design and offer specialized, short duration programmes to build special skills and competencies. These may be custom-designed to suit specific needs of a single, large sponsor, or they may be need based - designed to respond to widely felt needs for specific skills or competencies. These can also be designer programmes developed by one or a group of faculty members, based on intensive field research and case development. Designer programmes often transcend the needs currently felt and build upon anticipated opportunities or strategic change at regional, national and global levels. These also serve as training workshops in which faculty and participants explore frontier areas of applied knowledge in specific fields, meshing conceptual contributions of the faculty with the practical wisdom and insights of the participants.

On completion of the programme, students will be awarded an MBA/BBA/BCA degree by Punjab Technical University, recognized by UGC, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. PGPBM degree will be awarded by Accord School of Business.
